My good friend got into an accident yesterday.

He went tumbling down a slope in Montalban while taking his weekly mountain bike trip. His helmet smashed into bits. And now he is experiencing short term memory loss. ala Dory the fish in "Finding Nemo"

Funny how these things seem to happen on TV.
