White Rock Beach Resort SUCKS!!!!

This Subic resort is damn OVERPRICED.

Here are my rants on the place:
1.) A P12,000 per night beachfront cottage should be worth P12,000. I expected more since the stay cost 12,000 smackaroos. But mind you, this cottage did not have any windows. NO WINDOWS AT ALL. Aside from wanting to be near the beach, another reason for getting a beachfront cottage is the view. Damn. It did not have any windows. Claustrophobic.
2.) The amenities were just too far away from each other. The lay out was crap. For one, there was no grilling facility in, outside, beside, or even 10 feet away from the cottages. If you wanted to do ihaw-ihaw, you’d have to walk around 100-150 meters to get there. Hassle.
3.) The beach was dirty. Garbage floating all over the place. Lumot and garbage. Ewwww.

These things are so basic: windows (ventilation for crying out loud!), food, and sanitation. And I’d have to say that the owner was stupider than the architect since they actually approved the damn plans. (Yes, the resort was renovated.)

So if you are planning to go to Subic, do us a favor and do not go to White Rock. I’m sure you will not get your money’s worth.

But if you decide to stay there, just make sure you have great company to make up for the disasters in the resort.
