I need a new bag...

...because my RED bag is about to give up soon.

Here are the pre-requisites for the new bag:

1. Can be paired with any outfit possible since it will be an everyday bag

2. NOT a backpack. Preferrably messenger or tote type

3. Has to fit snugly on my shoulders with no straps slipping off

4. Comute friendly meaning not too expensive to be slashed or not too leathery to be destroyed when exposed to the harsh commuter weather

5. Hope to have lots of mini-compartments so that I don't need to buy a bag organizer

Any suggestions/recos?
