Bumhood Chronicles: Initial Realizations

Some of the many realizations when you are a bum by choice:

- You are bored. BUT, as mentioned in a previous post, it is the good kind of bored. A break from the constant ticking of things-to-do on your neverending list.

- You are on a spending mode because you want to do so much (i.e. take zipping lessons, buy yourself rolls and rolls of film, a brand new camera este cameras, foodtrips, roadtrips, etc)...But then you realize, damn, you are working on a limited budget since the figures on your bank account won't magically increase every 15th and 30th.

- You accomplishments for the day include watching DVDs/TV shows for the 1st time in a loooong time, writing blog entries like crazy, cooking up concoctions in the kitchen, afternoon siesta-ing, taking a bath late in the afternoon or maybe in the evening, checking out blogs, etc. In short, non-productive and senseless things.

- You keep on texting your friends "Hey you busy? Want to have lunch/coffee/dinner on so and so date?" which you hardly did when you were drowning in work. Sorry for bothering you, friends. Hehe. You suddenly have all the time (though not money) to catch up on happenings in life.

- You learn how to turn on the slow-mo switch. You live in slow-mo amidst the city hustle and bustle. Crazy.

Haha! I've realized all these while I'm still counting the days...what more when I'm a fulltime bum already? Woohooo!
