I was so excited to get home with my PLDT budget card in hand. P200 of long distance calls! I literally ran up the hill to get home and start dialing Duane's mobile number...

I rang and rang and rang...to no avail.

Then I surfed the net and discovered that there was a MIDDLE EAST EDITION for calls to Saudi Arabia and Dubai.

Damn.

What a way to burst my bubble.
